Ability to add and use custom icon sets in runtime (Icon themes)
currently the svgs are hardcoded at compile time, we must find a nice and efficient way to support icon themes like GTK and QT, preferably compatible with XDG icon themes spec but not necessarily

Work has started. I am reviewing the existing icon pipeline first so runtime themes remain fast and compatible with current SVG fallbacks.
Done. Runtime icon themes can now be selected with
icons_theme, with missing icons falling back to bundled Tabler SVGs. This will be included in the next release.
