Ctrl+backspace and Ctrl+A Support for otter-settings text fields
I don't hold down the backspace for words since i can just more quickly press ctrl+backspace to delete the entire word. It's become such a habit that it's strange that I'm unable to do so in otter-settings to specify colors, fonts, or other text fields. likewise, Control+A to highlight the entire field to delete text is absent and very missed.

Implemented and tagged in v0.11.121. Theme value fields now use the shared text input buffer with visible Ctrl+A selection. Ctrl+Backspace deletes the preceding word in theme/configuration value fields, search, and the voice-test field. Unit tests passed; selection and deletion were also verified in the VM theme editor.
The repository release build is currently running; package publication is not yet confirmed.
