The dock has missing icons, (otter-launcher at first, dolphin on second, steam icon is squashed to the top left. Most new icons missing when adding to dock.

Steps to reproduce

Add program to dock via otter-settings or right clicking application opened to keep in dock

Expected behavior

keep the app with the icon

Actual behavior

the icon gets changed to a standard window icon
