Islands button on theme gen not functioning
Islands button doesnt do anything despite being ticked on before the last few updates if you ticked it on and clicked apply it would enable it instantly now its non-functional not a big deal but just wanted to let ya know

This also breaks theme-gen when islands is selected in the theme section because it shits out a bunch of colors into the theme.conf - that needs fixing - also you can't select single themes anymore that breaks - it should override the generated colors with that of the theme and toggle off the theme gen
Done in otter-settings commit 19ac519, including Islands/fixed-theme behavior and the repeated theme.conf whitespace fix. This will be included in the next release.
