Adding the Button_Power to otter-bar has no powercommand set by default
Adding the Button_power button to the bar doesn't work by default.
In the buttons menu there is no Power Command set for this button (otter-logout)

Done. The power button now defaults to opening otter-logout, including when it is added from Settings to an older configuration. This will be included in the next release.
