A way to select the wallpaper without going to settings
I will like a way to change the wallpaper without having to go to settings so a user will bind a key and will show a wallpaper seletor to change and another key bind to change the wallpaper to a randon one...

Work has started. I am adding a lightweight wallpaper picker and random-wallpaper command suitable for keyboard bindings.
Done. A standalone native wallpaper picker is available with
otter-settings --wallpaper-picker, andotter-wallpaper --randomcan be bound for quick random changes. This will be included in the next release.
