Inconsistent otter-bar popup behaviour
All the popups that come up with a click should behave the same - stay open until the bar or elsewhere on the screen is clicked.
Currently weather and calendar close when you hover away and all the others only close if you click the icon again that spawned them.

Done and pushed.
Click popups (calendar, weather forecast, volume, MPRIS, menus) stay until bar click or click-off overlay. Hover no longer opens calendar/weather.
