[otter-settings] Missing Button for DND
Not needing to go to the .conf file to add the button to the bar.

Steps to reproduce
- Open Otter-settings GUI
- Under Appearance > Bar > General. 2.5. Press + to add new Button for DND.
- Missing button.
Expected behavior
- Open Otter-settings GUI
- Under Appearance > Bar > General. 2.5. Press + to add new Button for DND.
- Add button.
Actual behavior
Button option for DND for the otter-bar is missing. You can't add it unless you add it via the .conf file.
If after adding the button you decide to delete it on the otter-settings gui it will be permanently deleted from the list.

- Latest at moment of posting.
- Niri + Rudo + Otter-Shell

dnd is in the General layout + palette (with nightlight). Chip/section remove now trims spaced layout names so DND is not stuck as still-in-use. otter-settings fe5ecf3.
