Add a button to activate nightlight and put options to control time based toggle, temperature, and temporary suspension of night light.

should be a bar widget with a toggle when clicked and menu when right clicked with those things in - can also make it a standalone daemon and put those options in otter-settings

Shipped Night Light.

New daemon otter-nightlight owns exclusive zwlr_gamma_control_v1 (stop wlsunset/hyprsunset alongside).
Left-click bar widget toggles; right-click menu: 3000-5000 K, schedule on/off, 20:00-06:00 / 21:00-07:00 / 22:00-06:00, 1h suspend / clear.
Settings tab otter-nightlight.conf (enable, schedule, Kelvin, start/end hours).
State file $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR/otter-shell/nightlight-state; bar watches it with DND dir watch.

Start daemon with the session (spawn-at-startup "otter-nightlight"). Default bar layout now includes nightlight after dnd (existing user configs unchanged until normalize).
