Bug report

Use Otter shell on hyprland
Add a wiregaurd vpn connection (Doesn't show)
Connect to a new wifi connection you don't have the password to, (Nothing happens, doesnt connect)

OpenVPN and Wiregaurd connections show under a VPN connections tab.
The Password is asked for new networks, with an error dialog to retry if the password is incorrect, and a choice to save the password system wide or only for current user keyring

Shipped WiFi password + VPN on the network applet.

Click a new secured network: password popup, Connect. Wrong PSK shows retry error and stays open. Saved profiles that fail auth reopen the prompt and Update the connection.
Save as System-wide (no NM permissions) or This user (permissions=user:$USER:, psk-flags 0).
VPN section lists saved OpenVPN (type=vpn) and WireGuard (type=wireguard / wg device); click toggles activate/deactivate.
