Dock, and Task bar

Allow for Dock mode where there is only apps and button for app launcher, and the rest is as is on the bar kept on top

and A Start panel mode where all the stuff in the bar is moved to it, and there a taskbar like the one on the dock

essentials:

• The taskbar in both modes should feature the following:
• Favorites and running apps (Like GNOME and KDE)

*Allowing files to be dragged and dropped via the taskbar (when dragging a file and holding it above an application the application opens and focuses) (Like on KDE) optional:

• notification counter (specifically discord) (Like on KDE)
• application specfic context menu entries (Like Firefox Open new tab or Steam open library) (Like on KDE and Gnome)
