Add detailed menus to bar applets

The Brightness applet should have a menu to allow controlling keyboard backlight, and backlight of other displays, via backlight or ddc
The temprature applet, should have a menu to show other temps like gpu temps
Battery and power modes applets should be merged, and it should show more info like multiple battaries info and estimated charge and drain times.

Shipped. Brightness click menu: all sysfs panels, keyboard LEDs, optional ddcutil VCP 10 +/-10. Temp click menu: CPU plus GPU hwmon (amdgpu/nouveau/xe/i915). Battery click menu lists every battery (percent, remaining/until full, watts) then Power Saver/Balanced/Performance. Default layout drops standalone power_profiles (widget still exists). Pushed otter-desktop 4b00405, otter-ui c38c442, otter-bar 24fbbfa, otter-config-types cf4f321.

Brightness ui is totally useless, i cant change anything and if i can it's completely unclear, make it's ui like the volume menu, also the battery applet is broken it just went poof
