Otter launcher should have context menu with GPU selection on laptop, and support for application .desktop defined entries

it should have a way to choose what gpu to run the application on like on cosmic (via switcheroo-control or something custom)

if using switcheroo control it should run by default on the gpu the .desktop defines

and the context menu should also show extra entries application defined entries like firefox open private window or steam's stuff
