Subscription and Notification system for feedback

There should be a button to subscribe to certain projects, with auto subbing for things you vote on on create your self, and it should email you or make a bot to send you notifications on discord, like gitea/github issues.

I use a clanker and the MCP token thing to do this - the MCP can also just be used as a HTTP API

I will look at this though
