Implemented and pushed as otter-overview commit f35f6fc. The build now installs
otter-switcher: repeated Alt-Tab invocations cycle a centered thumbnail strip containing only the active workspace, and Alt release or Enter focuses the selection. Added native Sway workspace/tree/focus IPC. Verified with ReleaseFast unit/build/visual-fixture runs and live headless Sway checks for workspace filtering, repeat cycling, Enter focus, and Alt-release focus.
