Useless or unclear brightness menu

Brightness ui is totally useless, i cant change anything and if i can it's completely unclear, make it's ui like the volume menu

Expected behavior

Brightness applet with backlight and ddc entries presented in the same way they the volume applet

Actual behavior

the brightness menu just tells the brightness of other items in a text no slider no modification, nothing

Fixed and pushed in otter-ui commit 6ccb414. The brightness click menu now presents explicit +10% and -10% controls for every internal panel backlight, keyboard LED, and DDC display; backlight entries also show current percentage. Added action-decoding regression coverage. Verified with zig build -Doptimize=ReleaseFast test in otter-ui and a ReleaseFast otter-bar integration build.
