Replace all icons in otter bar and all otter apps with their xdg spec counter part

makes the bar and icons respect the user selected icon theme.

Also we must add an option for coloring: if coloring is enabled, we should use the symbolic version of the icons in the spec. if coloring is disabled we should use the normal versions.
