Have Arabic text somewhere on the bar like mpris, not sure if notifications or other otter apps are effected

Arabic text is now covered end-to-end by the shared HarfBuzz/itijah text path already used by otter-bar. Pushed otter-render commit d19c9cd, which strengthens the regression from checking only RTL direction to proving contextual Arabic glyph substitution (joining) against nominal FreeType glyphs. Existing RTL visual-order fix is 6278f80. Verified with zig build -Doptimize=ReleaseFast test in otter-render.
