Otter-Theme-Gen for mangowm

Could you add mango to the theme-gen list? so that otter shell automatically creates a file in ~/.config/mango/ and adds a source line in the main mango config? source=~/.config/mango/otter-theme or whatever its called.conf

Implemented and pushed MangoWM theme generation. Added a separate mangowm template (preserving the existing MangoHUD mango integration), writes ~/.config/mango/otter-theme.conf, and appends the matching source= line to ~/.config/mango/config.conf once without replacing existing config. Commits: otter-config-types 9a2fde2, otter-theme-gen 7805e24. Verified with zig build -Doptimize=ReleaseFast test in both repos and zig build -Doptimize=ReleaseFast in otter-theme-gen.
