Colours only cover some of the icons, and some don't, and disabling colored icons does nothing.

• Use otter shell
• Use papirus icon theme
• try to enable or disable coloring

• the colored icons option should effect everything
• when colored_icons=true: all the icons should use -symbolic variant (which means it 100% can be recolored), if an icon doesn't have a symbolic suffix, it should not be colored (if colored_icons=true && icon_name_has_symbolic_suffix) => color_icon else done_color_icon
• when colored_icons is off all icons should use non symbolic, if an icons lacks a non symbolic version, it should use symbolic but color it white.

• only some icons are colored, the rest are gray, and it looks horrible
