Completed and pushed in otter-ui commit 68fdf44 (Add bounded MPRIS title marquee). Long title/artist metadata now scrolls in a clipped, fixed-width marquee without relayout; short metadata remains static. Motion is compositor-frame driven, scale changes remeasure/reset correctly, and full fixed-buffer metadata is covered. ReleaseFast UI tests/build and diff/format checks passed.
