Write a high performance otter based package management that resembles pamac to manage appstream, apt, flatpak, and maybe snap packages, in order to phase out the buggy and limited Discover and Gnome Software.

really needed , gnome software is very slow and buggy but please not make another shelly - it may work okayish but interface is just miserable
