Every second boot, computer doesn't load greeter, shell, or hyprland.

Every second time I start the computer, it enters a bricked PikaOS where I can only power it off again.

Power on computer and boot PikaOS through refind

Expected behavior

Otter-Greeter loads

Actual behavior

individual screens display a matching wallpaper devoid of preferences set in otter-settings. Shortcuts do not work. There is no mouse cursor. This can only be fixed by powering off and on the computer again.
