UI alignment issues when using fractional scaling

When using fractional scaling certain UI elements don't align properly with the cursor. So far I've noticed the otter-logout menu requires the mouse to be above and to the left of the buttons to select them. The dimmed background for otter-logout is also moved up and left.

Hardware: amd 6800X intel -7-9700k

Steps to reproduce

Set scaling to a fractional (decimal) number

Expected behavior

The cursor should easily select UI buttons

Actual behavior

Certain UI elements don't align properly with the cursor (in this case otter-logout)

Niri 26.04 (Wayland) Otter-shell PikaOS 4 x86_64
