Two small Otter Shell fixes for everyday use

Two small annoyances reported by the community have been tidied up in Otter Shell 0.11.70.

A power button that works straight away

Adding the power button to the bar now gives it the right action automatically, so it opens the logout and power menu without any extra setup. Existing setups with a blank action are covered too, while custom actions remain untouched.

One place for your weather location

Weather location now has one clear home in the Weather settings. The bar follows that choice, so there is no longer a second location field that appears to do nothing.
