A more comfortable Pika Projects and Otter Shell

Thanks to everyone who reported an issue, shared a screenshot, or explained how something felt in daily use. This phase focused on making Pika Projects easier to browse and smoothing out several everyday parts of Otter Shell.

Pika Projects

• A proper dark mode: The site now follows your system preference, with an option to keep your preferred appearance. Night-time browsing should feel much easier on the eyes.
• A tidier feedback page: Suggestions are now grouped by status in collapsible sections, making long lists easier to scan without losing useful filters.
• Project links for feedback: Reports can now be connected to a specific project and its source repository, giving everyone clearer context about where an idea or problem belongs.

Otter Shell

• Do Not Disturb is here: You can pause notifications and on-screen interruptions from the bar, then turn them back on whenever you are ready.
• Screen recordings now include sound: Otter Rec can capture audio alongside video, while still falling back gracefully when audio is unavailable.
• Battery status is easier to trust: The bar now shows the correct battery level instead of looking empty while unplugged.
• Cleaner on-screen messages: Longer messages are centred and wrap naturally, so timer alerts and other notices are easier to read.
• Settings reflects what is installed: The sidebar hides unavailable Otter components, leaving a shorter and more relevant list for your system.
• Theme choices work as expected again: Islands mode, fixed themes, and generated colours now switch cleanly, without repeatedly adding unwanted space to the theme file.

These changes will arrive with the next Otter Shell release. Thank you for helping us find the rough edges and make both projects nicer to use.
