35 community fixes and features completed

This release roundup closes out 35 completed community requests across Otter Shell and PikaOS.

Shell, overview, and navigation

• Added a current-workspace Alt-Tab switcher with keyboard and mouse control.
• Improved overview navigation with workspace snapping, direct touchpad gestures, GPU/context menus, and a more convenient layout.
• Added Night Light and fixed wallpaper changes that previously required logging out.

Bar, applets, and desktop controls

• Fixed audio tooltips intercepting clicks, inconsistent popup behaviour, disappearing Wi-Fi controls, and broken display-backlight controls.
• Added detailed applet menus, VPN and secured Wi-Fi flows, clearer brightness controls, DND/settings/power buttons, weather timestamps, automatic weather location, and 12/24-hour clock selection.
• Reworked semantic icon loading so XDG themes are used when available and bundled SVGs remain the reliable fallback.
• Added clipboard history access and made clipboard contents survive after source applications close.
• Fixed custom bar-button options appearing only after restarting Settings.

Applications and input

• Added standard text-entry context menus for cut, copy, paste, delete, and select all.
• Added launcher GPU selection and desktop-defined application actions.
• Fixed Otter Terminal edited-entry corruption, wheel-detent scrolling, numpad navigation with Num Lock off, and Arabic cursive shaping.
• Added a wallpaper directory browser and resolved several Settings visual issues and feature regressions.

PikaOS

• Fixed the reported GUI Updater crash.
